不锈钢化学成分和影响

很多接触钢球或五金的朋友，对不锈钢产品的特性多多少少都有了解。而不锈钢球的力学性能和化学性能主要是有材料本身的化学成分来决定的，比如，含Ni和Gr的金属一般具有防锈防蚀的特性；有的特意多加一点P元素，金属的硬度会增加， 脆性相对也会增大，从而影响产品的使用寿命。所以，一般S、P一般是作为有害物质列出，一般不能超过0.03%和0.045%。以下为制造精密钢球所以不锈钢材质，化学成分要求，仅作参考。如您有更好的建议和意见，敬请联系我们乾润钢球销售部王丽萨女士。谢谢！
